The owners of this project knew about our appreciation of working with bridge and wharf timbers and had found thes ones himself and asked me to check them out before he purchased them, they still had sea shells imbeaded into cracks of the old posts.

The shade batons on this pergola from a recycle specialist were a mixed bag of spotted gum, red and grey ironbark and a hand full of other tough Australian timbers.
